During the XXI PUEB Victorie Gala 2021, the results of the competition for the best employees of the Pozna\u0144 University of Economics and Business were announced. In this year’s edition, the award was also given to a PhD student of our department – Piotr Ka\u0142u\u017cny<\/a>. The supervisor of the doctoral dissertation is prof. Witold Abramowicz, and the auxiliary supervisor Prof. Agata Filipowska<\/p>\n

Many employees of our University were nominated in various categories, but they all had one thing in common, quoting the organizers – they were favorite lecturers and employees whom students want to thank for their hard work.<\/p>\n

The competition was strong (and perfect), and the students chose the winners by voting. A candidate nominated from our department was included in this noble group. In the category “Golden Teddy Bear” or PhD Student of the Year, Victoria PUEB received Piotr Ka\u0142u\u017cny, who was also nominated in the “Golden Heart” category. This is the third nomination for our PhD student and the second statuette in this category.<\/p>\n

Students also appreciated Prof. Agata Filipowska<\/a> with the nomination, indicating her among the nominees for the “GOLDEN THOUGHT” category, ie the Mentor of the Institute of Informatics and Quantitative Economics<\/p>\n

Congratulations for the victors and nominees and we wish you continued success!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The XXI PUEB 2021 Victoria gala took place remotely on April 21, 2021. It is a great return of the event, which in 2020 had a one-year break due to the current situation. During it, students of the entire University chose their favorites in many categories – appreciating both the hearts and minds of our lecturers.<\/p>\n
