The competition covered bachelor\u2019s, engineering, master\u2019s, and doctoral theses defended in 2025.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In the master\u2019s thesis category, <a href=\"https:\/\/kie.ue.poznan.pl\/en\/mikolaj-tym\/\">Miko\u0142aj Tym<\/a> won first place for his thesis entitled \u201cUncertainty-Aware Q&#038;A System: Enhancing Reliability with RAG and Embeddings\u201d. The thesis was supervised by <a href=\"https:\/\/kie.ue.poznan.pl\/en\/krzysztof-wecel\/\">Prof. Krzysztof W\u0119cel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The following awards were presented in the bachelor\u2019s\/engineering thesis category:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Second place: <strong>Mateusz Gruntkowski<\/strong> for his thesis entitled \u201cUsing NLP for the Detection and Classification of Cyberbullying in Online Comments\u201d. Supervisor: <a href=\"https:\/\/kie.ue.poznan.pl\/en\/agata-filipowska\/\">Prof. Agata Filipowska<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Third place: <strong>Sebastian Chmielewski<\/strong> for his thesis entitled \u201cModelling Passenger Car Depreciation Using Machine Learning Methods\u201d.
