The event was held remotely as part of the international conference on Business Information Systems (BIS), and it was hosted by TIB – Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology and University Library in Hanover, Germany.

On December 1 and December 15, Włodzimierz Lewoniewski conducted the workshops at the University of Children entitled "Is the clock accurate?".
